The Heights Cafe & Grill was established in September of 1995 by the owners James and Heidi Larounis. James is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Heidi is a graduate of Florida International University where she received a bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant management. Work experience for both include the Four Seasons Hotel and Stouffers.
